Repairs That Fit a Busy Schedule
Duty schedules, shift work and family commitments don't leave much room for car trouble. We keep things straightforward:
- No appointment needed. Drop off your vehicle Monday through Friday, 7:30 AM to 5:00 PM.
- Free check engine code scans, with an honest explanation of what the code means and what it doesn't.
- Lifetime warranty on parts and 2 years on labor on our repairs.
- 24/7 towing at (318) 470-7807, or request a tow online at towme.info.
Before any work begins, we explain what we found and what your options are, so you can plan around your schedule and budget.
New to the Area?
If you've just arrived in Bossier City, Louisiana's climate may be new to your vehicle too. Long, hot summers are hard on AC systems, radiators, water pumps, belts and hoses and batteries. After a long drive to a new assignment, it's smart to have the basics checked: oil change, brakes, tires and alignment, fluids and the cooling system. Catching wear early helps you avoid a breakdown in your first summer here.
Getting Ready for a Move or Deployment
If you're preparing for a move, a long road trip, or leaving a vehicle with family, let us know what's coming up. We can look over the systems that matter most for a long drive or for a vehicle that will sit for a while, explain anything that needs attention, and let you decide what to take care of before you go.
Warning Light? Free Code Scan
If your check engine light comes on, stop by for a free check engine code scan. The scan reads the trouble codes stored in your vehicle's computer and tells us which system flagged a problem. A code isn't always the whole story, so if further testing is needed to find the cause, we'll explain that before going any further.
Breakdowns Off Base
If your vehicle breaks down around Bossier City or Shreveport, call our 24/7 towing line at (318) 470-7807 or request a tow online at towme.info. We'll get your vehicle to our shop on Jimmie Davis Hwy. Learn more on our towing page.
We also serve Bossier City, South Bossier, Haughton, Benton and Shreveport.
Help for Spouses and Family Members
When one member of a military family is away on duty, TDY or deployment, car trouble often lands on whoever is home. We try to make that easier. Call (318) 584-6703 and describe what's happening, even if you're not sure what's wrong. A noise, a smell, a warning light or a feeling in the pedal is enough to get started. We'll explain what we find in plain language, give you your options, and answer questions so you can make the decision with confidence.
If you need to keep a spouse or family member in the loop, let us know. Clear explanations and a written summary of what was done make it easier to share the details and keep records for the vehicle, which also helps if you sell it or move again later.
